Focus-One - Terms and Conditions

1. £23.50 payable at the time of booking your session.

2.Studio sittings can be paid for over the telephone with most debit / credit cards or by cash or cheque.

3.Gift Vouchers can also be used as way of payment for special offers, Studio Session or for any goods.

4.The Studio session price of £23.50 is non refundable.

5.If studio session appointment is cancelled within 24hrs, then the studio session will be lost unless there are exceptional circumstances as deemed by ourselves

6.A person may only appear in 1 special offer photograph session per year.

7.Only 1 special offer photo per family.

8.Your data may be used by Focus-One Photography only, to advise you of any special offers that we may be running.

9.Every care is taken in photographing and processing using professional materials. In the unlikely event of total photographic failure i.e. during exposure or processing, the photographer's liability shall be limited to a full refund of all money paid. Neither party shall be liable for indirect consequential loss. Your statutory rights are not affected.

10.At all times every effort will be made to ensure the capture of the photograph or photographs required. If due to circumstances beyond the control of Focus-One (for example but not limited to changes in weather conditions, willingness of subjects etc) an agreed photograph is not taken the photographer can accept no liability for this.

11.In the event of illness or incapacity which would prevent Focus-One from attending the photo shoot, we will make every effort to find a replacement photographer but no guarantee can be given. If a replacement photographer cannot be made available liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid.

12.Right of usage. Focus-One reserves the right to use some of the photographs taken on the shoot for promotional materials and advertising purposes.

13.The Copyright of all the photographs produced is retained by Focus-One and it is a criminal offense to make copies from them by any means including video under the terms of the COPYRIGHT, DESIGNS and PATENTS ACTS 1988. Original files remain the property of Focus-One.
